Stops Report
The Stops Report lists every time your vehicles stood still: when the stop started and ended, how long it lasted, how long the engine ran and how much fuel was used meanwhile, the odometer and the address, and where it was on the map. Use it to check scheduled stops, find unexpected ones and keep an eye on idling.
Running the Report
- Open Reports and pick Stops. Click the report name at the top to switch to another report at any time. Your vehicles and period are kept.
- Vehicles: pick one or more vehicles.
- Groups (optional): ticking a group adds every vehicle in it, subgroups included.
- Period: pick a preset or choose dates on the calendar. A report covers up to 31 days at a time.
- Click Show report.
After the report runs, the filters fold into a short line. Click Change to edit them.

Stop List
Stops are grouped by vehicle. Each stop shows:
- Start Time — when the vehicle stopped
- Engine Hours (hidden by default) — how long the engine ran during the stop
- Address — click Show address to look it up
- Odometer
- End Time (hidden by default) — when the vehicle moved off again
- Duration
- Spent Fuel
A long list shows the first stops of each vehicle; click Show N more for the rest. Expand all / Collapse all opens or closes every vehicle, and Find vehicle filters the list.
Stop on the Map
Click the pin on a stop (Show the stop on the map) to see where it was, in the panel beside the list. Click another stop to move the marker. Stops without a pin have no location.

Each run emails one Excel file with the stops and a map. See Scheduled Reports for all the options.
Use Cases
- Idle monitoring: find vehicles with long engine hours while stopped
- Schedule checks: confirm vehicles stopped where they should
- Unauthorized stops: spot unexpected or suspicious stops
- Route optimization: find stops that could be dropped
No Data Found
If the report comes back empty, it shows No data found with a Try the previous day button. Check that the vehicles were active during the period and that the right vehicles or groups are selected.
Long periods with many vehicles take longer to load. If it's slow, try a shorter period or fewer vehicles.
