Events Report
The Events Report lists every event and alert your vehicles and their GPS devices reported: alarms, overspeed, geofence entries and exits, ignition on and off, fuel drops, driver changes and more. Each event comes with its time, details, geofence and address, and you can see where it happened on the map.
Running the Report
- Open Reports and pick Events. Click the report name at the top to switch to another report at any time. Your vehicles and period are kept.
- Vehicles: pick one or more vehicles.
- Groups (optional): ticking a group adds every vehicle in it, subgroups included.
- Event type: keep All Events or pick one type (search the list to find it).
- Alarm types (only when the type is Alarm): tick the alarm kinds you want — for example SOS, Power Cut or Tampering. Leave it on All alarms to include every kind.
- Period: pick a preset or choose dates on the calendar. A report covers up to 31 days at a time.
- Click Show report.
After the report runs, the filters fold into a short line. Click Change to edit them.

- One card for each of the most frequent event types, with its share of all events
Click the pin on a card to keep it first.
Event List
Above the list, chips show each event type with its count. Click a chip to show only that type; +N more adds other types to the row. Types with no events in the period aren't listed.
Events are grouped by vehicle. Each event shows:
- Fix Time — when it happened
- Type
- Address (hidden by default) — click Show address to look it up
- Data — details of the event, such as the speed for an overspeed, the alarm kind, or the amount for a fuel drop
- Geofence (hidden by default) — the geofence involved, by name
- Maintenance (hidden by default)
A long list shows the first events of each vehicle; click Show N more for the rest. Expand all / Collapse all opens or closes every vehicle, and Search events finds a vehicle, type or value.
Event on the Map
Click the pin on an event (Show on map) to see where it happened, in the panel beside the list. Click another event to move the pin. Events without a pin have no position.
Columns
Click Columns to choose what you see. Vehicle is always shown. Your choice is saved separately for desktop and phone.
On a Phone
- Events appear as cards grouped by vehicle; the ticked columns show on each card.
- Tap a pin to see the event full screen on the map. Previous and Next move through the events (Event 3 of 40), and Back to events returns to the list.
- The ⋯ menu holds Export to Excel, Print and Schedule this report.
Export and Print
- Export to Excel downloads every event in the report as a spreadsheet.
- Print opens a printable version of the list.
Scheduling
Click Schedule (on a phone, ⋯ → Schedule this report) to have this report emailed automatically. A panel opens over the report, filled in with the vehicles, groups and event type on screen. Choose how often it repeats, the send time, start and end dates and the recipients, then click Create schedule. You stay on the report.
Each run emails one Excel file with the events and a map. Scheduled reports use the event type; the alarm kinds you tick on screen aren't stored in the schedule. See Scheduled Reports for all the options.
Use Cases
- Speed monitoring: pick Overspeed to find every speeding event
- Security: pick Alarm and tick SOS, Tampering or Power Cut
- Geofence tracking: see when vehicles entered or left your areas
- Fuel monitoring: find unexpected fuel drops (possible theft)
- Device health: see when devices went offline or inactive
No Data Found
If the report comes back empty, it shows No data found with a Try the previous day button. Check that the vehicles were active during the period, the right vehicles or groups are selected, and the event type isn't narrowed to one that didn't happen.
