Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your fleet — vehicle status, live positions, notifications, routes, attendance, and more — through a set of independent widgets you can rearrange to fit how you work.
Which widgets appear depends on your role, your permissions, and what your team has configured (e.g. attendance methods, cameras). Widgets you don't have permission to view, or that have no data to show, are hidden automatically rather than left empty.
Customizing Your Layout
Each widget lives in its own card that you can move and resize:
- Move a widget: Click and drag its header (the grip icon on the right marks the drag handle).
- Resize a widget: Drag any edge or corner of the card.
- Layout is saved automatically to your browser as you drag or resize — no save button needed. The layout is stored per team, so each team you belong to can have its own arrangement.
Note: Dragging and resizing are only available on desktop screens. On mobile, widgets stack in a single column.
The dashboard adapts to three screen sizes — desktop (drag/resize enabled, multi-column grid), tablet (a scaled two-column grid), and mobile (a single stacked column, no rearranging).
Widgets
Welcome & Quick Start Guide
Shown to new teams that haven't finished initial setup. Welcome is a simple greeting; Quick Start Guide is a checklist with links to each setup step (Add a Client, Add a Device, Add a Vehicle, Create a Shift, Add Stops, Create Routes — client-role users only see the Shifts/Stops/Routes steps). Each step is marked complete once you have at least one record of that type. Once every step is done, both widgets disappear from the dashboard for good.
Current Plan
Shown only to teams on the Free plan. Summarizes what's included on the free tier versus what you'd get by upgrading, with a button linking to the pricing page.
Fleet Overview
A combined status breakdown and live map. The left column lists your vehicles grouped by status (e.g. active, idle, offline) with counts — click a status to filter the map to just those vehicles, click it again (or Total) to clear the filter. The map shows real-time vehicle positions that update live as devices report in; click a vehicle marker to open its details in a side drawer. Use View Tracking to open the full Tracking page.
Recent Notifications
Lists your unread notifications with type, message, and how long ago each arrived. Click any entry, or View All Notifications, to open the full notifications page. Hidden when there are no unread notifications.
Passenger Verification
A donut chart of verified vs. pending passengers, with totals underneath. Hidden when there are no passengers to report on.
Attendance Overview
A donut chart breaking down passenger attendance for the day — Boarded, Expected, Absent, and Late — with totals underneath. Only shown when your team has at least one attendance method (AI Camera or BLE Beacon) enabled in Team Settings → Attendance, and there's attendance data to show.
Active Routes
Lists routes that are currently running, each showing on-time/delayed status, the shift's time window, and the assigned vehicle. Click a route, or View All Routes, to open the Routes page. Hidden when no routes are currently active.
Device Status
A donut chart of your GPS devices split into online vs. offline, with totals underneath. Refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Camera Status
Same as Device Status, but for AI cameras. Only appears when the AI Camera attendance method is enabled for your team. Refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Top Distance Today
A ranked list of the 10 vehicles that have traveled the most distance today, updating live as new GPS positions come in. Click a vehicle, or View Summary Report, to open the Summary Report for that vehicle (or all vehicles). Hidden when no vehicle has recorded any distance yet today.
Booking Earnings
A stacked bar chart of daily booking earnings, broken down into Paid, Confirmed, and Completed, plus a total across all time and per-status subtotals. Amounts are formatted using your team's configured currency. Hidden when there are no recorded earnings.
Inactive Vehicles
Lists vehicles that are currently not active, with a status badge and (where available) a tooltip explaining why. Click a vehicle to search for it in the Vehicles list. Hidden when all vehicles are active.
Subscription Overview
Visible only to super admins, replacing the regular widget set entirely. Shows a donut chart of plan distribution (Free/Starter/Professional) across all accounts, plus total users, active subscriptions, and MRR (monthly recurring revenue).
Permissions
Most widgets require a matching permission to appear — for example, Fleet Overview needs vehicle and tracking view access, Active Routes needs route view access, and so on. Team owners always see every widget their team's configuration allows. If you're missing a permission for a widget, it simply won't appear on your dashboard; ask a team owner to grant it under Team Settings → Members if you need access.
