App Settings
Customize NexaRide to suit your preferences.
Accessing Settings
Tap the menu icon (top-left of the header) to open the account menu. From there you can access your profile, quick links, settings, and other options.
Quick Links
The account menu also includes shortcuts to:
- Book a Vehicle — start a new on-demand booking (see Booking a Vehicle)
- Passengers — manage the people whose transportation you track
- Organizations — manage connected transportation providers
Profile
Tap your name or profile photo at the top of the account menu to open the profile edit screen.
Updating Your Profile
- Photo — tap the photo area to upload a new image from your gallery
- Name — edit your display name
- Phone — add or update your phone number
Tap Save Changes when done.
Note: Your email address cannot be changed after registration.
Deleting Your Account
In the profile screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Warning: This permanently deletes all your data including passengers and trip history. This cannot be undone.
Settings
Tap Settings in the account menu to open the settings screen.
Theme
Tap Theme to toggle between Light and Dark mode. The change takes effect immediately.
App Language
Tap App Language to open the language picker. Select your preferred language and the app updates instantly.
Available languages:
- English
- Russian
- Kazakh
Notifications
Tap Notifications to open a panel with your push notification preferences. See the Notifications guide for full details.
Account Actions
Logout
Tap Logout at the bottom of the account menu. You'll be returned to the login screen.
App Information
Tap Information in the account menu to access:
- About — information about NexaRide
- Privacy Policy — how we handle your data
- Terms of Service — usage terms
Join as a Provider
If you operate transportation services yourself, tap Join as Provider in the account menu to learn about the NexaRide operator platform.
