Managing Organizations
Organizations are the transportation providers you connect to — schools, companies, hospitals, or any institution that manages passenger transportation.
Adding an Organization
- Tap Organizations from the home screen, or open the menu (hamburger icon, top-left) and tap Organizations
- Tap Add Organization
- Enter the Organization Code provided by your transportation provider
- Tap Add to connect
Once connected, the organization appears in your list and its routes and passengers become available.
Getting Your Organization Code
Each organization has a unique code. You'll receive it from:
- School administration office
- HR department (for corporate shuttles)
- Your transportation coordinator
- A welcome email or onboarding materials
If you don't have a code, contact your organization's transportation coordinator.
Multiple Organizations
You can connect to multiple organizations. Common scenarios:
- Children at different schools
- Work shuttle and school bus
- Medical transport and corporate shuttle
Each organization manages its own routes, schedules, and passenger assignments independently.
Switching Between Organizations
When you have multiple organizations connected, the active organization name appears at the top-left of the header (next to the menu icon). Tap it to open an organization switcher drawer showing all your connected organizations. Tap any organization to switch to it.
You can also manage organizations from Organizations in the main menu.
Removing an Organization
- Open Organizations from the home screen or menu
- Tap Edit to enter edit mode
- Tap the remove button next to the organization you want to leave
- Confirm the removal
Removing an organization hides its routes and stops from your app. Your passengers remain in your account.
Organization Data
Each organization controls:
- Available routes and stops
- Schedule and shift times
- Passenger assignments and codes
- Vehicle information
Contact your transportation coordinator if you need changes to routes or assignments.
No Organization Connected
If you have no organization connected, the home screen shows a warning banner with a prompt to add one. Tracking and stop assignment are not available until at least one organization is connected.
