Managing Organizations

Organizations are the transportation providers you connect to - schools, companies, hospitals, or any institution that manages passenger transportation.

Adding an Organization

  1. Go to AccountOrganizations
  2. Tap Add Organization
  3. Enter the Client Code provided by your transportation provider
  4. Tap Add to connect

Getting Your Client Code

Each organization has a unique client code. You'll receive this from:

  • School administration office
  • HR department (for corporate shuttles)
  • Transportation coordinator
  • Welcome email or registration materials
  • Hospital or clinic transport services

If you don't have a code, contact your organization's transportation coordinator.

Multiple Organizations

You can connect to multiple organizations. Common scenarios:

  • Children at different schools
  • Work shuttle and school bus
  • Medical transport and corporate shuttle

Each organization manages its own routes, schedules, and passenger assignments.

Switching Between Organizations

When you have multiple organizations:

  1. Go to AccountOrganizations
  2. Tap the organization you want to view
  3. The app shows trips and passengers for that organization

Removing an Organization

  1. Go to AccountOrganizations
  2. Find the organization to remove
  3. Tap Remove
  4. Confirm the removal

Note: Removing an organization hides its trips and routes from your app. Your passengers remain in your account and can be reassigned to other organizations.

Organization Data

Each organization controls:

  • Available routes and stops
  • Schedule and shift times
  • Passenger assignments
  • Vehicle information

Contact your transportation coordinator if you need changes to routes or assignments.
