Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps to start tracking your passengers' transportation.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Open NexaRide and choose how to register:

  • Email: Enter your email and create a password
  • Phone: Enter your phone number and verify with OTP code
  • Google: Sign in with your Google account

Step 2: Connect to Your Organization

Your transportation provider (school, company, hospital) will give you a client code.

  1. Tap Organizations from the account page
  2. Tap Add Organization
  3. Enter the client code
  4. Tap Add to connect

Step 3: Add Passengers

Add the people whose transportation you want to track.

  1. Tap Passengers from the home screen
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Enter passenger details:
    • Name (required)
    • Email (optional)
    • Phone (optional)
  4. Tap Save

You can add multiple passengers - for example, all your children or family members using the service.

Step 4: Enable Notifications

Stay informed about trips with push notifications.

  1. Go to SettingsNotifications
  2. Enable Push Notifications
  3. Choose which alerts you want:
    • Trip Started: When the vehicle begins the route
    • Stop Arrival: When the vehicle arrives at your passenger's stop
    • Trip Completed: When the trip ends
    • Route Changes: When schedules or routes change

Step 5: Start Tracking

Once your organization assigns your passengers to routes:

  • View upcoming and active trips on the home screen
  • Tap a trip to see the vehicle's live location on the map
  • Receive notifications as events happen
