What is NexaRide?
NexaRide helps you track passenger transportation in real-time. Whether it's school buses, corporate shuttles, medical transport, or any other managed transportation service, you can see where vehicles are and receive notifications about arrivals.
Who can use NexaRide?
Anyone who has passengers using a transportation service from a registered organization - schools, companies, hospitals, or other transportation providers.
Is NexaRide free?
The app is free to download and use. Your transportation provider manages the service itself.
Account & Registration
How do I create an account?
Register using:
- Email and password
- Phone number (with OTP verification)
- Google account
I forgot my password
If you registered with email, tap Forgot Password on the login screen to reset it.
Can I use multiple devices?
Yes. Log in to your account from any device. Your data syncs automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
Organizations & Passengers
What is a client code?
A client code is a unique identifier for your transportation provider. They provide this code when you register for their service.
I don't have a client code
Contact your organization's transportation coordinator or administration office. They'll provide the correct code.
Can I add multiple passengers?
Yes. Add as many passengers as needed - multiple children, family members, or anyone using the service.
Can I connect to multiple organizations?
Yes. Connect to multiple providers if you have passengers using different services (e.g., one child at School A, another at School B, plus workplace shuttle).
Tracking & Notifications
Why can't I see any trips?
Trips appear when:
- Your organization has assigned routes to your passengers
- There are active or upcoming trips scheduled
- You have the correct organization selected
Vehicle location isn't updating
Check your internet connection. Real-time tracking requires internet access. If the problem persists, contact support.
I'm not receiving notifications
- Check device settings allow notifications for NexaRide
- Verify push notifications are enabled in app settings
- Ensure specific notification types are toggled on
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is off
Can I see past trips?
Currently NexaRide shows real-time and upcoming trips. Historical trip viewing may be added in future updates.
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Only you can see your passengers' information and tracking data.
Who can see my passenger's location?
Only you and authorized personnel from your organization (drivers, coordinators) can see tracking information during active trips.
Do you share data with third parties?
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing
- Update to the latest version

Maps aren't loading
Check your internet connection and ensure location permissions are enabled for NexaRide in your device settings.
The app is slow
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Close other apps running in background
