Account Settings Overview
Access your personal account settings by clicking your profile photo or avatar in the top navigation bar, then selecting Account Settings. This page lets you manage your profile, password, security options, map preferences, active sessions, and account deletion.
Profile Tab
Update your personal information:
- Select the Profile tab.
- Edit your Name and Email address.
- Upload or change your Profile Photo by clicking the current photo.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Your email address is used for login and system notifications.
Password Tab
Change your account password:
- Select the Password tab.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password.
- Confirm by entering the new password again in Confirm Password.
- Click Save to update your password.
Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols.
Authentication Tab
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security:
- Select the Authentication tab.
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
- Enter the verification code from your app to confirm.
- Save the Recovery Codes in a secure location - you'll need these if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Managing 2FA:
- Show Recovery Codes: View your recovery codes again.
- Regenerate Recovery Codes: Generate new codes (invalidates old ones).
- Disable: Turn off two-factor authentication.
Map Tab
Set your personal default map view:
- Select the Map tab.
- Set the Latitude for your default map center (-90 to 90).
- Set the Longitude for your default map center (-180 to 180).
- Set the Zoom Level (1 = world view, 20 = street level).
- Or click Use Current Location to automatically detect your position.
- Click Save Map Preferences to apply.
These preferences control where the map centers when you first open tracking views. This is a personal setting that only affects your account.
Sessions Tab
View and manage your active browser sessions:
- Select the Sessions tab.
- Review the list of devices and browsers where you're logged in.
- Each entry shows:
- Browser and operating system
- IP address
- Last active time
- "This device" label for your current session
- Click Log Out Other Browser Sessions to end all sessions except your current one.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Use this feature if you've logged in on a shared computer or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Account Tab
Delete your account permanently:
- Select the Account tab.
- Click Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Confirm that you understand this action is permanent.
Warning: Deleting your account removes all your personal data and cannot be undone. Your teams and associated data may be transferred to other team members or deleted.
