Managing Clients
Clients represent the organizations whose vehicles you manage. For example, if you operate buses for multiple schools, each school would be a separate client. Passengers use the client code to connect to the correct organization in the mobile app.
Viewing Clients
The Clients page displays a table with all your client records:
- Logo: The client's logo (if uploaded)
- Name: The organization name
- Client Code: A unique code that passengers enter in the mobile app to connect
Searching for Clients
Use the search field at the top of the page to find clients by name. Type your search term and press Enter to filter the list.
Adding a Client
- Click the Add Client button.
- Upload a logo (optional) - this appears in the mobile app for passengers.
- Enter the client name (required).
- A unique Client Code is automatically generated.
- Click Create Client.
Important: Copy the client code and share it with passengers. They'll need this code to connect to your organization in the NexaBus mobile app.
Editing a Client
- Find the client in the table.
- Click the actions menu (three dots) in that row.
- Select Edit.
- Update the name or logo as needed.
- Click Update Client.
Deleting a Client
- Find the client in the table.
- Click the actions menu (three dots) in that row.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Warning: Deleting a client removes all associated data including routes, stops, and passenger assignments for that client.
Pagination
When you have many clients, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.
Permissions
You need the appropriate permissions to add, edit, or delete clients. If these options are not visible, contact your administrator to request access.
